Our Easter Adventure

Ivy Creek Greenway trail near the Mall of GA. Here is the evidence that we found it, but boy we were looking for quite awhile. It is a nice 12 foot wide paved walkway, at least it is when you start at the right location. We ,however, went exploring on the nature side with swampy wetlands.

Anna hanging in there for the bumpy ride.

Always wanted to pose in front of I-85

We ended where we were suppose to start.

Hanging with Henry

The girls and I have been blessed to get together so often with Baby Henry and Jessica.
Jess and I usually just meet up and run errands together. Going to the park was a treat and one that we will enjoy more often now that we are full into spring.

Chapman Annual Easter Egg Hunt

My parents hosted their annual egg hunt the weekend before Easter. Everyone had a wonderful time. Once again we had to bring out the umbrellas but the rain quickly passed by and it never stopped the excitement of egg hunting.

Bella after finding her first few eggs.

Stopping for a quick pix.

More egg finding. It was fun to see Bella finding them all by herself this year.
Grandmomma(aka Memaw) and Anna

Anna's Easter basket...all the kids get baskets after the hunt is finished.

Bella and Makayla

Bella had not seen Makayla(2nd cousins) since Christmas and you would have thought it was just yesterday. Bella is always showing us little reminders of how we should be. I love how she jumps into playing with other kids, especially at the park or McDonalds without a second guess.

Anna's earrings

This was Bella on the day of her ear piercing.
Anna on the day of...she is wearing the same overalls
Anna followed in her big sister's footsteps and got her ear's pierced. Bella's ears were pierced at 4months. Both did great. However, 4 months is easier than 9 months when taking care of them the first few weeks afterwards. I got my ears pierced as a baby too so we are just carrying along the tradition. Anna had so much going on at 4 months we delayed it for awhile. So thankful for Children's Medical Group for doing both my girls...not to mention a great place of employment and the wonderful care they give my children!
